Default ls1 help

i just had a shop install a new meeling hf oil pump (cause i was loosing oil pressure) and on my way home my car started to smoke and oil pressure started to drop i open the hood to see were the smoke was coming from and really couldnt see but i had oil all over my balancer

They must have not installed the oil pump right.

Sounds like the Seal around the crank may have popped out !

would that be the reason i cant hold oil pressure? and would the shop be responsible for the repairs and damages....

yes they would, you have to pull the front cover, waterpump, timing chain, etc to install a new pump. so if it runs hot, misses during acceleration, blows up, etc. it could all possibly be their fault.
