rear end setup wheel size ect.
what all do i need to know about putting a 9'' in my camaro? will i have to cut and weld brackets, and what about the tq arm? also how do i know how long it should be and what backspacing to use? im trying to find not such an expensive route but still hold up to high hp so i didnt know if you could use the housing of just any old 9'' and make it work also not sure what people mean when they talk about 3 or 5 channer reareand and all that.

Not sure what you have to do for the 9" but as far as the 3,4,or 5 channel refers to is the ABS/Traction Control system it has. An f-body that has traction control will have a 4 channel system meaning it has a wheel speed sensor on all 4 wheels to monitor the RPM's of each one.

Check the classified section, good deals can be had there on rearends. By the time go get all the parts together to build your own, you could have got one from here.
FWIW: I bought my Strange 12 bolt off here for $1800 shipped. It came with LCAs, panhard bar, and complete LT1 brakes. I just had to get longer studs
