Z06 heads over patriot heads???

Z06 heads over patriot heads??? i have a 99 T/A i have some mods n mind z06 heads being one mod so let me know if these are good heads cus i was looking in to the patriot heads in stead what yall think??

if im not mistaken the 241 casting (z06 heads) flow about the same as the patriot stage 1 heads.....May want to check on that though im not 100% sure on which head is exactly "better" but im guessing the patriot heads come with a higher lift valve spring and rocker arms.

yes ls6 is casting number 243, same with ls2 minus the lighter valves.
patriot heads are, from my understanding, practically the same, if not the same, as 243 heads.
you can't go wrong with either one, however, I'd personally go with 243 heads, you can get a nice used set and rebuild it yourself alot cheaper then buying new patriot heads.

the patriot heads are cnc ported ,worth 20 more hp then stock unported 243 heads.also check the TSP heads,they mite have a sale for labor day.if you can find nice used 243/799 heads for $400 or less ,if you are on a budget.do a valve job and check the guilds for wear and get good springs to match your cam .
