BBK or Typhoon (or other) for a polished intake?

BBK or Typhoon (or other) for a polished intake? Sorry to make another intake thread, but I am having a hard time figuring out which intake to buy, because it needs to be polished and the LS6 that most people recommend is plastic. I am leaning toward a polished BBK SSI intake but saw one called a Typhoon and figured I would ask the experts before I spent the cash. I would really appreciate the help.
It is an LS1 from a donor Camaro going into a '56 Chevy. I am not doing a full rebuild (engine is healthy) but I am swapping in a new TR224-112 cam, oil pump, timing chain, headers, and an intake. The car will not be raced -- just a spirited weekend driver. I might get new heads in the future, but not right away.
Can someone please tell me which polished LS1 intake to buy (ideally around or below $600)? If you can follow that up with which throttle body to buy (or is the stock one fine?) I will love you even more.
