Anyone had any experience with this muffler?
I was just goofing around doing a search for LS1 stuff on the web and this is one of the sites I found on a link.
Has anyone had any experience with this exhaust system?
THE PATENTED AEROTURBINE EXHAUST
Aeroturbine is the world leader in airflow technology. The company spent over three years in Research and Design to develop the new Aeroturbine exhaust technology.
Break-in Time
Late model cars and trucks are computer controlled to such an extent that it may take a period of time (600-800 miles) before the computer reprograms to reflect the improved flow characteristics of your new Aeroturbine exhaust system.
The distinctive look of the Aeroturbine is a common sight on racecars as well as the hottest street cars. The installation of an Aeroturbine will not affect your factory warranty
Sounds to good to be true but I guess in theory it may work?

800 miles for the cpu to relearn the airflow pattern? exhaust systems should produce instant gains due to a better flowing exaust tract. i looked at the site, looks legit.

I've never heard of this before, but you can tell they have a LOT of design into the product. The website itself is better than most "big" exhaust companies. I hope someone here gives it a try and lets us all know how it performs!!!

I suppose the theory is similar to having an X or Y pipe instead of a true dual and tuning for the 'pulse' to remove exhaust from the chamber better. I'd be interested in seeing a dyno of this muffler vs. cutouts vs. a standard hi-performance muffler.
