dave vt ss

hi guys im a newbie with this so bear with me . i have a 00 vt ss commodore a4 with ls1 engine it has developed a rough idle almost to the point of stalling when stationary or braking from normal driving. it has at times an engine check lt illuminated . i took to the local factory dealer who said the code was o2 sensor left bank changed this no difference are there any quick fix for this problem ? car has full cat back exhaust and pacemaker 4into 1 headers dealer bla mes headers but when headers where installed and even before all i got was a lt every once in a whil but engine ran fine . now it almost feels like its running on 7 cylinders . any help appreciated dave
