Default 16 year old new to cars and have a z28....ready to learn

Hello my name is destiny and I'm not completely new to cars but I still have a lot to learn. I have a 1999 z28 but it has a 1998 trans am motor and trans in it. The car was my dads and it had a built motor with nitrous and a pro charger with a 4l80 trans and a 9" ford rear. Now it's a 99rear with 3:73's . I have headers and 100 shot to put on with adjustable panhard and lca's and a new computer to match my harness. But I'm going crazy cause now it won't start.......here's what my dad sent the company we got the computer from and that did the tune.

I received the computer all in one piece. I just got around to putting it in today. I'm hoping to pick your brain a little. Everything is in. But it will not start. I'm sure it's something small but its making me crazy. The 98 sensors are still on. But I was told that the only ones I should have a problem with is the oil pressure and water temp. I grounded the extra terminal on the oil pressure. When cranking the gauge shows 35lbs. The water temp and iat are disconnected. But everything else is good. Fuel pressure is good and with a scanner hooked up tps, mass airflow, map, are all reading during cranking spark is at 14.5* rmp is at 150ish but it acts like its not firing.

To reiterate what it is: this is a 99z28 with a 98trans am motor and trans. With the 98 harness and computer it ran good but no gauges. Now it has the original 99z28 harness and the computer from you in it. Ay help is greatly appreciated. This is my daughters car and she gets her license in two weeks so I'm trying to have it ready for her.

Ay help would appreciated

I know that is a lot of information in a short amount of time, I took the 98 harness and computer out because it doesn't match up to the harness inside and put in the original 99 harness with a new 99 computer that has a mail tune.
Hope that helps

The original 99pcm has a tune for 80lb injectors big cubes and a pro charger. So that's why I bought a new computer and had a tune put in from a very reputable mail order place. But I did try plugging in the old one to see if it would do any different. Same result. I'm thinking its spark related. Just not sure where to look

I agree but dad doesn't. Changed the iat last night and it fired right up. But anew problem- the tach isn't working. Where should I look? On the scanner it is but not on the dash?
