Default first build, on right track?

So I'm doin my first build 94c1500. I got a 01 5.3 for 400. Guy took 100bucks off because someone jacked the dbw Tb, pedal and tac. He gave me a dbc Tb with it. I picked up a 98 4l80 for 250 decent miles. Ive got everything for trans flexplate, spacer, bolts and harness. I still need a th400 yoke. I got heads pressure checked and milled .030. I plan on p&p heads myself, good gasket match and polish. Gotta get ecm flashed, vats delete, add 4l80, add dbc stuff and egr delete. Coolmike22 on eBay does the flashes cheap 60 bucks depending on what your doin. Got new head studs and multi layer head gaskets and other gaskets I need. New knock sensor and harness. Got a universal intank walbro fuel pump, 1in set back adapters. Anything else you guys think I might need. I'm lookin for z06 cam and springs for cheap and I cheap stock mad, I'm on a budget. I have about 700 left for my swap. My truck finally gave out yesterday, rear main started leakin like a faucet and my 4l60 went out. Old 350 tbi for ya. The 350 only has 48,000 miles.
