Default trying to keep original

I have an 02 WS6 with 40,000 miles on it and I dont drive her much(trying to keep the miles low). I want to keep it pretty much all original, But I have been trying to think of some mods I could do that wouldnt affect its original value, The only thing I have done is a true dual exhaust system. Any ideas?

"value" on the typical fbody is going to be a pretty loose term, but so long as you don't go nuts with body/paint modifications or anything inside the engine, you shouldn't have much to worry about

You can go with better shocks and brake rotors/pads. Nothing wrong with upgrading parts that wear out.

SLP air cleaner lid, if its a M6 get a skip-shift eliminator and a different shifter/handle.
Lowering springs, better brake rotors and pads.
My car has 1700 miles on it and I have done all of the above except the springs and that's getting done this winter.
All of this stuff can be put right back to stock if you want.

As said above, anything that can be easily returned to stock (such as bolt-ons), and/or wear items like shocks, etc.

I wouldn't worry too much about any of this with a 40k mile car though. At only 10 years old, that mileage is too high for any sort of "collector" status/pricing unless you stop driving the car completely for a decade or two.

I agree. The car is worth much more in it's enjoyment potential than it ever will be as far as appreciation or return on investment.

Thanks for the ideas, Il probably do some suspension work. I didnt mean to make it sound like I think its a collector or anything I just dont want to get into engine mods or anything like that because I may be sitting on the car for many years to come and want to keep it in the best shape I can!
