LS3 dry slump to a wet slump
Im looking at buying a LS3 dry slump motor that came out of a 2011 Corvette. Im going to swap it into my 66 nova but I wanted to make it a wet slump motor since its more cost effective for me due to the motor not coming with the dry slump tank or plumbing. Is this just a matter of changing the oil pan to a regular LS3 oil pan or is there something else involved in it???

A sump refers to the oil pump pickup design.
You will need to change the oil pump, pan, and add a pickup tube.
Definitely call Texas Speed for everything you need since your swap may
need a certain shape pan to clear the craddle and steering.

I forgot to mention that the LS3 with the dry sump pan is from the Grand
Sport with a stick trans. This means that it was hand assembled in the same
engine shop that puts the LS7(ZO6) and LS9(ZR1) engines together. You
should see orange paint marker arrows and numbers on the main and rod
caps. It will also have a forged crank and the poly coated bearings
