LS3 flywheel removal?

LS3 flywheel removal? I need to pull the flywheel off of my Texas Speed LS3 to get my block plate installed in prep for installing my T56. I have all of the bolts off and was wondering if I need a special puller to get the flywheel off. Also, there is some kind of gray lube under the heads of the flywheel bolts...any idea what this is? Blue Loctite on flywheel bolts when reinstalling?
