Have an Lq truck 5.3 looking to put Ls1 intake on. Find interference at rear of intake with steam tubing. Can the truck tubes be modified or can the intake at rear be clearanced enough. Or pick up or find Ls1 steam tubes. Thanks any advice would be appreciated.

The trucks usually have the rear ports pluged from GM, What kind of pipe is on your motor ? Most of the time its pipe on the truck water pump that hits the throttle body of the car intakes.
