I don't know who does international orders, but one option you have, would be to get w/ one of the moderators on site, and send them the money, and have them send you the unit. If you research the site, you'll see that the top guys on site are not only extreemly knowledgable, but also very helpful and honest. Just a thought. Where do you live in Kuwait? I've been to Kuwait city a couple of times. Was stationed out at Al Jabar air base for awhile also.
