Default Lq4 swap

So im swapping a stock lq4 into my 99 formula to replace the old stock ls1. Will the computer be able to do most of the adjustments automatically? There isnt a tuning shop within 150 miles of me and i dont have the time or money right now to learn hp tuners. Thanks in advance for your help!

So i take it then that the adjustments the computer would have to make are outside of its parameters/capabilities?

most likely, the new compression and ect will all factor to how the pcm controls its timing and injector cycles

Just for starters the PCM has to have the correct displacement.
