Default 243 head repair

What's going on guys I just recently bought a used pair of 243 heads and noticed that one of the combustion chambers looked to be smoothed out and was wondering if it could be repaired and exactly what would I need to do to repair it? 243 head repair-photo772.jpg243 head repair-photo877.jpg243 head repair-photo578.jpg
