Default LQ4 NV4500 turbo build

just picked up a 2500hd silverado with the Lq4 with a nv4500 behind it. Its just going to be a project to tinker with, but looking to add some boost to it and running it on e85. Is it worth it to convert it to e85 or just run on 91? Dont wanna put huge numbers down with it just something to mess around with. Also hits rev limiter at 4k. Is this normal? Thanks

My 2003 2500 (non-HD) NV4500 hits the limiter around 5700. Not sure why yours would be that much lower. What year is the truck?

I have a Gen III motor and will probably shoot for 550-600rwhp through the manual. I have a Sloppy Stage 2 cam with LS7 lifters, decapped truck injectors and PAC 1218s ready with future plans for VSRacing billet 78/75. Pretty much the joe-blow budget 600hp build. Planning 93 octane intercooled with meth. I think the fuel system upgrades for e85 and significant, but that's all relative.
