What Springs do I have / Room for true duals?

What Springs do I have / Room for true duals? I went to a f-body meet and was told that my WS.6 that I got about a month ago was lowered. Now I have no clue what springs what springs it has, and I was planning on going with 2.5in true duals w/ X-pipe w/ bullet mufflers that cut before the axel. I am debating weather I will have the ground clearance for it.
I have room for 3 fingers up front, and 4 fingers in the back.
Here is a pic of the spring, there is some rust on it, does that make a difference.
Ground clearance, 1 beer can, and 2 fingers.
