Sorry guys don't know what topic it should be in but as I posted before I finally got my exhaust from qtp and will be haveing the headers,ypipe and cats in at once with linelock, fan mod switch installed at once and was wondering since the manifolds will be off if it would be a good time to change the spark plugs and to which ones btw I am still waiting for some header gaskets before they go in.

i think most people use NGK Tr55's, this is what i have in my car

Yes, as said, NGK TR55's are pretty popular. That's what I put in when i did my header install. Might want to swap wires as well while you are in there.
