Easy fix for power antenna?

Easy fix for power antenna? I figure its worth a shot, espically since my headlight problem was such an easy fix. My antenna only goes about 1/4 of the way down and then grinds the same way the headlights did.

My power antenna must have a small bend it in on one of the "top, slimmer sections". When it goes up, sometimes one of the "sections" doesn't fully telescope out of the bigger section, and same thing when going down: half the time the top most, slimmest section is sticking up, so I have to push it down myself to make it flush with the car.
