Default Which oil for a high mileage, now lightly driven LS1?

Hey guys, I have a `98 Z28 with 114k. It is now only driven 3500-4000 miles a year, so it sits often. The air temps usually range from 30 to 85 degrees F.
Which oil should I use?
Thanks!

I would say a 5w-30. It's better for cold starts. Others know a lot more about it than i do but i don't think you can go wrong using it.

Do you wish to use synthetic or conventional?

I'm probably going to use conventional and change it every 3 months.

If you are only going to put 3000 to 4000 miles a year on it then use a high quality synthetic and change it once a year. For kicks you might change the oil filter at 6 months. just to give the add pack a little boost. Not that it will need it.
