Default Rear End?

I was under my car checking a exhaust leak,When I had the car up in the air and I manually turned the back passenger tire the other tire doesnt turn when the one Im turning does.It takes about two half reveloutions around then the driver side tire spins.I have had a loud clunking noise coming from the back thought it was the subframes i just put in.But not I think it could be the rear,So my question Is the rear screwed up?I would think with posi both tires would spin at the same time.Thanx in advance please help me figure this out

Called one of my of my mechanically inclined friends and he said if I turn the drive shaft it will turn both tires at the same time.I did what he said and sure enough it turned both at the same time.
