Default SES light when going WOT

don't have time to get the codes scanned until this weekend, but from what ive been reading, its probably my MAF

I have LTs, ORY...and SES light was comin on everytime it rained because I had a bare wire on my o2 extension...got it fixed and no SES for about 3 weeks...well last week I noticed that my SES came on...it didnt rain or anything...after about 3 driving cycles, it went away...everything was fine for about 2 days, but then I went WOT and the SES light came on at about 1 mile...

I gave it 2 more driving cycles, and SES light went away. Next day I went WOT and same thing, came on after 1 mile. I took my lid, throttle body out, and the IAT sensor was loose as hell in the lid, and the rubber grommet was kinda blocking it...and I looked inside the MAF, and one of the small wires looked more brown than the others(the 4 small wires in the sensor)...so maybe that could be it..

After more reading, I learned that the PCM doesnt adjust A/F at WOT...so I dont know if im possibly running rich/lean...

Just tryin to get some ideas on what else I can look for...because the SES is driving me nuts, but dont have the time to get it scanned until this weekend. thanks a lot
