Ever since my headers and y-pipe have been on im experiencing some problems. 1st. When i take off in 1st, my car vibrates real bad, and kinda studders then takes off, only in 1st! Today i was driving in heavy rain and my car started driving terribly, whole car was shaking and not accelerating right. My SES light was flashing, then stayed on, then flashed again. Whats going on? None of this happened until i got headers, ypipe, egr removed, 160 stat, and new plugs and wires. Anyone have any ideas?? let me know asap

Check your plug wire connections. I had the same problem after my header install. Plug #8 was was loose from its wire. Hopefully that's it - check 'em all.

The flashing SES is most likely a misfire code. Make sure that all of your plugs are tight and your plug wires are secure.

You may want to pick up a code scanner.
