Default NOS question...

As you can see in my sig, i own a 99 WS-6...its got ehxhaust and a pro 5-0 shifter...i am eventually getting a procharger for it, but until then money is tight. The question is i have an NOS kit just sitting in my VR4, but i dont use it often..should i for the time being put it in my T/A? And if so what size shot is recommended? Where would say a 125shot put me power/et wise? T/A is a 6 speed...i have 275 BFG Comp TA's on the rear...How would a 125 shot compare to a procharger on a stock heads/cam? BTW its a wet kit

A 100 shot wet kit would be perfect for that car. It would put you right around 400 hp to the wheels. A 125 shot would be just a hair more then that but when you start going with bigger jets for a shot larger then 100 its recommened that you upgrade your fuel system as in your fuel pump and injectors. If you put the nitrous kit on it would be good to put it on a dyno to make sure that you arent to lean, but other then that it should be good. With a procharger on the other hand with a 8 rib pulley it would put you right around 450 or so with a good tune. Its up to you and what you want to do. Do you want the power there all the time, or have it there at the push of a button for when you need it?

Actually it would probably give you almost 125rwhp.

Agreed

I'm in the same boat ($-wise). After much research, I've decided on the cheaper N2O (coming this Spring). Easier install, unistalll, less wear and tear on the motor (since I'll only need it at the track a handful of times a year).

Good Luck
