Default missfire??

I have no SES light. When driving around at part throttle my car feels like it missfires. Only at low rpm cruising. No problems at WOT or during any acceleration. When im just cruising around it feels like it missfires or stumbles??? What could be the problem?

what about loose plug wire, has happened to me twice...silly and simple but I loved the fix.

Who the hell puts a spring on that?
