Is a K-member also called the engine cradle?

Is a K-member also called the engine cradle? Got into an accident, they say they need to replace the engine cradle and i asked if i could replace it with aftermarket parts, they said sure and even would refund me the difference in cost if they are cheaper than stockers. Well the Engine Cradle needs replaced and is like 530.00 dollars. Wondering if its the same thing as the K-member.
