Looking at a few T/As, SOM or BLACK?!

Looking at a few T/As, SOM or BLACK?!
I've always wanted to have a Trans Am. Moreso with an LS1. Well I found a couple and I miraculously got approved for $15,000 on the car of my choice. I am upside down on my trade in about $3500 so I have to deduct that amount from the loan to balance out.
I've been looking at a couple of T/As and the same car lot has two that i just fell in love with.
One is a black 99 with 78K miles. Black leather int. t-tops and is selling for 10,750. Add my trade in equity and TTL and it comes out to about $15K even. The bad thing is there's quite a few black T/As in my town and few shopping cart dents and scratches stand out horribly on this one. It would also remain stock for the next year or two
The other one is a 98 SOM (or ROM) with 103K miles. Black/camel interior, t-tops and is selling for 7,750. Add my trade in equity and TTL and its about $12K even. I have yet to see one this color within a 100 mile radius. In fact I never even knew that was a stock color. The bad thing is this one has a dent on the fender that carries over to the bumper and the clear coat is peeling in some places. Since its about $3000 cheaper I will pay it off about a year sooner. I can afford to get it painted pretty soon as well.
What would you choose? the newer one with less miles with dings and scratches in the paint but more expensive with less miles, or the one a year older with 30,000 more miles with worse paint but I could afford to get it repainted alot sooner than the black one. Also it would be one of a few in town (if not the only one, the dealer brought it all the way from Phoenix)
btw, they're both autos which is what I want
Here's a pic of the orange one
No pic of the black one but its identical

I would say Black, but then I am a little biased. But the SOM TA is too good to pass up. Forget the minor cosmetic damage and pay it off a year sooner. Then you can get to really modding it. Trust me I'm killin myself becuz I got a little less than 1 year remaing and then it's major modding time!

Black is nice, and looks great. But then again SOM is a rare color, that everybody loves for the simple fact that you never see them, opposed to black which you see all the time. Ether way T/A's in Black and SOM look sick.

SOM hands down.
If you can increase your budget I would go with a WS6 SOM T/A.
My wife doesn't like the color but I've thought about buying another T/A just for that color.
