yet another newbie modding question..
k i narrowed it down to 4 mods that ima try to get for about 2,000..just hoping to get a lil advice on them first..im thinking: pacesetter lt's&ory, wet nx kit, 4.10 gears, and finally a good tune...any suggestions?..will these mods compliment eachother ok, like with a 4.10 and nos is that too much for a stock car..also not sure what order to get them in as i will only be saving up around $500/month....and where/how to get a decent tune? also how much should i expect to pay for each of these/ installed? thanx in advance

4.10's are fien. save the tune and gears last. do the LT's and ORY, then go for gears, and while you have your gears installed send your pcm to madz28 or pcmforless. if you dont have the pcm tuned w/ the gears your tach and speedo will be off, plus the tune will help you out with those LT's

if i do the tune last it will be about 4 months after, if i get the lt's and ory first. how long can i drive around without my o2 sensors being deleted?? cuz im not going to get sims since the tune will take care of that..is that bad for the car tho in the mean time?

I'd do the Pacesetters/ORY, LS6 intake, NX kit and a good clutch. You will pull plenty hard on the squeeze with the 3.42s and the 4.10s will make the fragile 10-bolt a ticking time-bomb. Get the tune done on a dyno with A/F wideband if possible and get a window-switch for the juice.

ya the 10 bolt makes me nervous..alot of ppl on here say it should be ok tho..idk since i dont really have that much spare cash i wanted get the kinda mods you can really feel a difference..my clutch seems ok tho, would getting an aftermarket one help with acceleration that much? same with the ls6 intake??
