Default cougar problems

This is probably not the correct place to post this, but here it goes. My daily driver, which is a 1991 Cougar, has some problems. I had to replace the head gasket on the passenger side this weekend and once I got it put back together I'm having some problems. The number 2 cylinder is dead. I have good compression, but it's real sluggish. When the car is at idle, seems like nothing is wrong. Once shifted out of park, you can feel that cylinder missing. When the car shifts from 2nd to 3rd, it feels like its going to die. At highway speed it doesn't really feel like anything is even wrong. Here is what I have done so far. New plugs, wires, checked for vacuum leaks, checked the distributer, checked the EGR, and still have the same problem. The injector on the cylinder is firing, but I'm not 100% positive its spitting out fuel. Any suggestions?
