Default factory f-body w/ ls6 BLOCK????

i didnt know where to put this so im putting it here.... ive never heard about the 1500 f-bodies w/ the ls6 block and beefier cam... is this true???

For the block, yes. 15% of 2001 and 25% of 2002 models came with the LS6 block. The cam I wouldn't call beffier, more or less just another stock cam. The LS6 block has no advantage over a LS1 block except bay to bay breathing, which dosen't really help anything. The guy in the add is basically pointing out things that he thinks will help sell the car, but in reality, it's still another LS1 motor, nothing speacial. LS6 block deffinatlly aren't stronger, and the cam wasn't changed because of diffrent heads. Just another guy who knows just enough to make himself look dumb. And the motors been outside for the past 6 months under a tarp??? Yea, I'm gunna jump all over that one. Ebayers amaze me sometimes.

well according to the bullseye method i have the ls6 block... that kicksass... i know it doesnt increase hp or anything but it is still awesome.... it just makes my car that much diffrent...

01-02 some of them came with the ls6 block no benefits or anything from it and yes the 01-02s had a smaller cam compared to the earlier models.
