Totally normal, your oil pressure should rise with rpms. I've got a ported ls6 pump, running GC 0w30 I see ~35-37psi at warm idle in gear.

45 cold idle - 40 warm/hot at speed - 20-25 warm/hot idle

That's on a 98 that has not been rebuilt that I know of with 122k miles, with GC 0w30.

Mine also flutters some once it's warm.

I wondor if i'm odd. I run GC and ported ls6 too and my always sits like 58-65 and if you first crank it and rev it will go 60-80 lol

My oil pressure stays at 60 really no matter what.

if you have a normal ls1 pump, the oil psi should be around 40 warm idle-60 on the highway......this arguement has gone on forever, about "how ls1s can run fine at low psi".....a ported pump or different model CAN run a lower psi because its flowing more volume....if a standard pump is flowing 25-30 at idle...its failing, ive been through it, ive worked on engines that have followed pattern, and i have two gm techs that agree with me

Dude, that's some low oil pressure. I have 119K on my 98 and I have 40 warm idle and 60-70 cold idle. Try a heavier weight oil next change...
