If you have a daily driver get the Poly Ends.

If you care about handling, get the rod ends.

If you want a compromise, get a poly/rod set.
(poly on the body side and rod on the axle side)

If you want to save some money, get 1LE bushings pressed into the stock LCAs.

Generally speaking rod ends on the PH bar are good, you will not notice any increased harshness or vibrations. LCAs are debateable if it's worth rod ends, if you are performance oriented, get poly/rod combination, or look into making your own. Lots of people go this route, for much cheaper and still good quality, with rod ends.

Rod ends are going to transmit more noise and vibration into the cabin, you will also notice some additional harshness in the ride. IF you are not a daily driver, you can probably put up with it, it will handle better (corner carving). Drag racing is slightly different, but the main rules still apply.
