Check out SDPC (sp?) for good individual prices.
But if you are having an engine built, you want to find a builder in your area, then work closely with them. That will get you the best possible customer service and package pricing if you buy everything through a sponser.
Also you can post in your regional forum, and ask peoples advice about what builders/shops they recommend in your area. That is a good place to start.
