intake manifold looking to uprade the intake manifold. what is the best bang for the buck for intake manifolds just the ls6 or are there some others that are pretty good for cheap. any suggestions appreciated

yup. an ls6 intake will run you between $300-$375. most people get rid of em to get a F.A.S.T intake. like PowerShift408 said, check the parts for sale section. there are usually a couple for sale there.

The FAST is really a better option for all out power or bigger cubed motors. I think that the LS6 should suit you well.
Edit: I saw one for sale in someone's signature a few days ago. I think that they wanted 275 for it. Probably long gone though. I will post up if I see it again.

Get an LS6 you can find really good deals out there sometimes, i got mine for 150 bucks for it and it came with injectors!
There is alot of material on this, just search it.
