Exhaust touching rear bumper...?

Exhaust touching rear bumper...? My question is can I use my hands to bring down my exhaust tip on the passengers side down about 1\4 of and inch because it is tapping my bumper dont know if i might break it or should i just take it to the muffler shop.

You likely won't break it, but I doubt you'll be able to permantely move it any with your hands unless you loosen the clamps first.
