Default fog lights

i just noticed the pass side fog light is out in my 02 z28. my questoin is how do i change the bulb? i can see the fog light from under the hood and the wires that go into it but cant see how to get the bulb out. is it the same as the head lights where you twist where the wires go in to remove the bulb? any help will be good, thanks.

Just open the hood reach down under the fog light lense cover/container and twist, pull down and disconnect the light. replacement reverse of taking out. Kind of a tight space but you can do it if I can. On my previous Camaro I got under the car and removed the panel ,but it is not neccesary. Be patient and twist the correct way you will figure it out.

On my '02, the driver's side was easy enough to get out from above, just be careful when handling the new bulb.

On the passenger side, I was worried about dropping or scraping the bulb when handling it from above, so I got under and undid the access flap - it's a plastic piece with angled vents cut into it. You'll see a couple screws holding the flap in place, take them out, fold the flap down and the bulb is right there. IIRC it's a right-angled connector, so twist and the bulb will slide out.

You can get both from above if you're a little guy like myself. If not, find a skinny friend.
