Default heads and cam

new to ls1 have a 2002 Z28 auto 3800 stall long tube headers lid k&nfilter 323 gears looking to do heads and cam on budget $2500 to spend car is driven 5000 miles ayear track 8times ayear best so far 12:40 at 108 1/4 mile looking to go low 11s your thoughts thanks

Check out Texas Speed & Performance, they offer some of the best bang per buck setups and have a great reputation.

I'd take a look at their Troquer V3 or MS4 cam and combine it with either their PRC CNC heads or their terminator heads, don't be afraid of flycutting either.

^^^^^good idea....they have some good combos....so does thunder....but honestly i think you should look yourself...

a medium cam and some ls6 ported heads will have you in the 11s no problem

i would put your own set up together, use that MS4 and get some ported heads or something
