Default Tilt Wheel Loose

Hey, I need to see if there is an easy fix for a semi-loose tilt wheel.
The column locks-in fine, it just has some play in it, like someone
used to pull themselves up in the seat using the steering wheel.
Anyone know of a easy quick fix? Would appreciate any input.

(I am new to this site and have already learned quite a bit from
reading others with several of the same problem I have had.
Keep up the GREAT WORK it sure is helpful!!!)
