Usually that's a sign that something may be wrong with the ABS and TCS - so it would be best if you check it out. Could be faulty connection or bad sensor.

On The Tree

took me 8 months of replacing the wheel speed sensors and a trouble shooting connections to find out the EBCM was bad and giving me bad codes to parts which were good.
Get the codes, they will point u in the right direction (RF, LF, RR, LR). IF you have a bad electronic brake control module (EBCM) code, be very careful of your descisions to start cutting and splicing connectors or replacing $300 a pop wheel speed sensors/bearing assembly as it may just be a symptom of the bad ebcm.
As mentioned above the wheel spped sensor has a connection near the hub/rotor, but there may also be one up towards the frame (body) where it connects into a bundle of wires. There was on my vette.
The EBCM were randomly bad in all year vettes, even the z06. I'm not sure about f bodies, but the apple doesn't fall far from the tree in gm's parts line, I would suspect the systems are very similar. And yes, when there is a problem, it shorts both systems out.
best of luck.
