Default t/b question

I intalled my s3 ported t/b throttle response is a lot better but noticed if i come to a stop the rpms will drop back down to the normal 500-600 rpms. However until it comes to the stop the rpms are high around the 1100 mark. If i get the car to shift into 2nd and dont touch the gas the car just keeps on going at 25mph, and from a stop if i let it go by itself it will shift into 2nd. At idle its around 800-900 rpms in park . How much should i move the screw on the t/b down a 1/4 turn?

You can turn it down a little at a time tell it idles around 700-800 rpms warm for autos and you also might check and see if there are any spots they may have nicked during the porting of the throttlebody around the blade area this could cause air to leak by making it idle high and check your o-ring
