Default Having a window issue

I noticed last winter that if i put my window down say at a toll or whatever it wouldnt go up right away. Now that this winter is here its doing it all over again. I don't know if its that actual motor or maybe the switch? But why would only cold weather cause my window to stop working. In the summer I put them down everyday, has me confused..... any ideas?

Moisture freezing up in the track/motor/somewhere? Maybe? If it did this last winter, was fine all summer, and is doing it again now, it doesn't sound like the motor. That's just my take though. Usually, if it were the motor, it would have more trouble in the summer. The overheating motor wouldn't cool off too well if it is 90+ and humid out. I don't know how to test the switch though.
