Safe to unplug MAF?

Default Safe to unplug MAF?

Can i unplug the MAF without messing with anything in the computer? Im just unplugging it for a minute and not going to start the car without it plugged in. Im just playin it safe before i do anything.

yes just do not start the car. You will set a check engine code that will have to be scanned

yeah it will be no problem to unplug it if you are not starting the car... heck you can even start the car with it unpluged it will just run in Speed Density mode and run using the low octane timing table plus throw a code or two for the MAF being unpluged but it won't harm anything to unplug it regardless.
