I went to a paint shop and they told me that they will paint the bottom of the car for 600 dollars. They told me that my tires are picking up debree and hitting my paint at the front wheel wells which is kind of like sand blasting it. I was wondering if it could be buffed out instead. Its also underneath the car. looks like white dust but doesnt come off. What should I do?

Unless this is a show car I wouldn't be painting the underbody with anything but Rhino Liner or something similar. Regular paint is just going to wear off in time when more debris hits it.

Edit: Unless by "bottom of the car" you're talking about the side skirts.
