Default putting a nitrous motor together

okay guys what would be the best pistons and rods for my car?

car will have tfs heads and custom spec'ed cam

car will be running a total of 300 at most!

car will be a standard ls1 with stock crank!

if i have to split the 300 up i will do yet what would be the best way?

IMO I would go ahead and step up to a forged crank first. As far as rods and pistons I think compstar or lunati rod will do and some diamond or wiseco pistons. Make sure you get the right amount of ring gap with that much nitrous.

Stock crank, Lunati pro mod rods, and Wiseco pistons. Thats what I had in my first forged motor, it made 465 on motor and I hit it with 250+ ALOT of times and it is still running like a champ.

Also, like 87silverbullet said, make sure you set the rings up for it.
