Single or Dual Stage
What size shot should you switch from a single stage to a dual stage? Is anyone running something small like a 150 on a dual stage setup? I want to get a new kit, but i dont know wheather i should do a single or dual stage. And what is the most you can spray on a stock bottom?

These are some pretty open ended questions that really don't have a definitive answer. Most people break them up into stages for traction issues. Others do it because they have the option of running one or two stages. Sometimes all they might need is one. There really is no lower limit on setting up multiple stages.
As far as the stock bottom end...well that's really a matter of personal opinion. Guys have done it successfully on really large shots and I've seen some go on relatively small shots. If you get the tune down pat and keep up on routine maintenance you shouldn't have many issues.
