Pushing the limits of stock injectors/pump?

How far would my stock injectors/pump take me on a baby (224 ish) cam and say a 100 wet shot?

Thanks for any ideas.

THe injectors should be fine ona wet shot. the pump would be fine but since these cars are 6-11 years old it may be worth putting a $110 255 pump.

Its never a bad idea to upgrade your fuel pump, and they are relatively inexpensive insurance to keep your engine alive.
