i want to spray my car but im scared that if i do ill blow the rings out of it. i know to take timing out run good gas and dont go crazy on the bottle psi to be safe. but the motor has about 50,000 HARD miles on it. so my question is what kind of safe tune do i need to keep my car running and still fast. its a stock crank, rods, and hypereutectic piston 306.

50,000 miles is not really anything... I have sprayed cars well into the hundred thousands. You could check with a compression test and leak down test to varify the engine condition. If it is not burning oil and runs ok you should be fine.

You need to make sure timimg and airfuel is correct. You need to make sure you have enough fuel pump and change the spark plugs.
