Default Problem with nitrous leaking

Yesterday when i turned the bottle on, it was leaking at all the fittings on the nitrous solenoid so i put a ton of thread sealer on, then today i turned the bottle on and everything was good, so i took it for a spin and sprayed a few times and saw a little leak on the bottle to solenoid fitting and on the hose to nozzle fitting. All of the fittings are as tight as i can get them, Any sugguestions would be great

I'm having the same problem. It's only in one spot, I think it's where the n20 solenoid and purge solenoid connect. It can't get any tighter, and it still leaks. We are going to try thread sealer and see if that works. Anyone know what to do?

it is possible to over tighten--maybe try resealing and letting it set for a good 24 hrs.

FWIW, my TNT kit leaked like a sieve until I teflon pasted the **** out of all the connections. I let it sit over night, and it's been fine ever since.

Also, are you using paste or tape? Some have had better luck with paste.

I would use red loctite on the nipple between the nitrous solenoid and the purge solenoid. It works the best and doesnt leak. Be very careful with teflon. If you get too much on and it gets inside, it will clog stuff up and cause major problems, maybe even possible engine damage. We never use teflon paste/tape on nitrous kits.
