Do I need MSD ignition to install MSD window Switch on?

Default Do I need MSD ignition to install MSD window Switch on?
The car is LT1 and I was wondering do I need the MSD to install the MSD window switch on it? Some say yes and some say No. I have seen alot of LS1 cars that has MSD window Switch without the MSD. Thats why im confused.

No, you do not need the MSD ignition. You can call a sponsor like Thunder racing to confirm this.
