Default stupid newbie question

I have a fogger system on my Carb'd LS motor. Super Victor intake. I am just about ready to start it up for the first time but I don't have any caps or lines to hook up for my nitrous. So my question is; being that my solenoids are N.C., can I just start the car without capping off the nitrous/fuel feed lines to the noids, or will I have a slight vacuum leak?

Common sense would be the noids are closed. If that was the case nitrous and fuel would leak and cause serious issues when not using the noids. U will be fine with out capping them
